Attorney James Duckworth of Phildelphia, PA; ethical goblin

The state of New Jersey presented James M. Duckworth with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law. Jimmy also received a law license from Pennsylvania in 1999.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to safeguard client funds
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to comply with recordkeeping requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Jimmy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.keller-goggin.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Jimmy practices with Keller & Goggin PC at 1528 Walnut Street in Phildelphia, Pennsylvania.
