William Goode of Howard, CO; serial animal abuser

The state of Colorado provided William Kevin Goode with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Houston School of Law. Billy also received a license to practice from the state of Texas in 1982.

The Colorado State Bar found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of twenty-eight felony counts of cruelty to animals
  • Felony convictions based on the pain and suffering he inflicted on twenty dogs and eight cats in his care
  • Failed to report convictions to State Bar as required to do
  • Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under rules of a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2020) Mark practices in Howard, Colorado.
