► Attorney Liu Yingying of Henan, China; free speech victim

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Paul Victor Walsh with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Law.

The Zhengzhou Lawyers Association which is under the control of the municipal justice bureau and therefore the ruling Chinese Communist Party laughingly accused Liu guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Posted photo of people lining up outside a Wuhan funeral home to her WeChat account
• Provoking dissatisfaction with the government after her funeral home post received more than half a million views and more than 10,000 retweets.
• Posted inappropriate comments online

As a direct consequence of her conduct, the anti-democratic commies sitting on the Zhengzhou Lawyers Association punished Liu by reprimanding.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Liu practices in the Wuhan, China area.
