The Justices of the Peace Review Council has found Patty guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, over the course of a year,Patty refused to add the mandatory extra 20% to 25% victim surcharge on top of fines imposed on those convicted in his municipally run courtroom.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Justices of the Peace Review Council punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Patty continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
