Solicitor Aiden Barry of Limerick, Ireland; ethical elf

The Law Society of Ireland presented Aiden Barry with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Aiden guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file mandatory annual accountant’s report with the Law Society

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Aiden by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment and fined in the amount of €500.
