Solicitor Stephen Maher of Kildare, Ireland; ethical elf

The Law Society of Ireland presented Stephen Maher with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file mandatory annual accountant’s report with the Law Society

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment and fined in the amount of €1,500.
