The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file mandatory annual accountant’s report with the Law Society
• Displayed total disregard for his statutory obligations to comply with Law Society Regulations

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Davey practices with Howard & Company, Solicitors, at 15 South Mall in Cork, Ireland.
