The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Tony guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file mandatory annual accountant’s report with the Law Society
• Through his conduct, showed a disregard for the statutory obligations to comply with the Solicitors’ Accounts Regulations
• Showed disregard for the Society’s statutory obligation to monitor compliance with the Solicitors’ Accounts Regulations for the protection of clients and the public

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary censure and fined in the amount of €2,000.
