Solicitor Hilary Molloy of Galway, Ireland; slacker

The Law Society provided Kiran P. O’Duffy with a solicitor’s license in 1978 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Hilary guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to carry out client work in timely fashion in providing legal services for the land registry of the client’s family home
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Hilary by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment and fined in the amount of €1,200.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Hilary practices with Blake & Kenny, Solicitors, 2 Francis Street in Galway, Ireland.
