Attorney Adam Lenkowsky of Indianapolis; drunken convict

The state of Indiana presented Adam Lenkowsky with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Indiana University of School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Counsel found Adam guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated (“OWI”) with endangerment, a level 6 felony
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on trustworthiness or fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Patty by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Adam practices with the Roberts Litigation Group at 118 North Delaware Street in Indianapolis, Indiana.
