Attorney Charles Ganga-Singh of Jamaica; ethical troll

The Jamaica Licensing Commission provided Charles Ganga-Singh with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from the University of West Indies.

The Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Counsel found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to abstain from behavior which may tend to discredit the profession
• Acted with inexcusable or deplorable negligence or neglect
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Engaged in professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished George by ordering that he pay a fine of $75,000.00.
