Attorney Maria Dajcar of Sevierville, TN; ethical goblin

The state of Tennessee presented Maria Grace Dajcar with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Maria guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Withdrew $5,000 of client funds without prior authorization

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Maria by gifting her with a complimentary censure.
