Attorney John Bunch of Plymouth, MN; ethical troll

The state of Minnesota presented John W. Bunch with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
  • Knowingly disobeyed the rules of a tribunal
  • Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person, or used methods of obtaining evidence that violated the legal rights of such a person
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Johnny practices at 2705 Xanthus Lane in Plymouth, Minnesota.
