Attorney Paul Walsh of Manitoba, CAN; serial offender

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Paul Victor Walsh with a law license in 1968 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Law.

The Manitoba Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Paulie of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to treat other lawyers with courtesy and good faith
• Failed to act with integrity with unrepresented party

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Paulie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received seven (7) separate reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary $10,000.00 fine and assessed costs of $4,500.00.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Paulie practices in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
