Attorney Christopher Wilson of Vancouver, BC; lying loser

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Christopher James Wilson with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from the University of British Columbia School of Law.

The British Columbia Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Chris of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Initially denied he had signed blank trust cheques despite evidence to the contrary
• Maintained for some time that he was not award that his staff was processing trust transactions without his supervision or control even though overwhelming evidence proved he wasn’t telling the truth

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Chris by gifting him with a complimentary $15,000 fine.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Chris and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.nortonrosefulbright.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
