Attorney Thomas Verrastro of Elizabeth, NJ; scamming liar

The state of New Jersey presented Thomas Frank Verrastro with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Tommy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Falsely advertised that he had extensive experience as a litigator and trial lawyer
  • Refused to acknowledge falsity of his fabricated experience claims
  • Assisted suspended attorney in engaging in the illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Tommy and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.sanchezlawoffices.us. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Tommy practices with The Sanchez Law Offices at 1203 Chestnut Street in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

1203 Chestnut Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey.
