Attorney Benjamin Warpeha of Minneapolis, MN; perjurer

The state of Minnesota presented Benjamin Adam Warpeha with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Made false statements regarding his criminal history while under oath during voir dire as a potential juror in a felony criminal matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Minnesota are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Benny was never criminally charged or prosecuted for perjury.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Benny practices with Warpeha Law LLC at 310 South Fourth Street in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
