Attorney Selvoy Fillerup of Denver, CO; ethical troll

The state of Colorado provided Selvoy Peterson Fillerup with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law.

The Colorado State Bar found Selvoy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Selvoy!)
• Failed to protect client interests upon termination
• Failed to return client’s original documents for eight months after being terminated
• Failed to return client’s original wedding photographs upon termination

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Selvoy by gifting him, with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Selvoy practices with the Crestone Law Group LLC at 2500 South York Street in Denver, Colorado.
