Attorney Kevin Boyd of Austin, TX; ethical elf

The state of Texas presented Paul Craig Laird II with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The District 9 Grievance Committee found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to appear at client immigration removal hearing
  • Failed to properly supervise his legal assistant
  • Ordered to pay $2,064.00 in restitution to former client [victim]

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020) Kevin practices at 507 West 10th Street in Austin, Texas.
