Solicitor Keith Finnan of Mayo, Ireland; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of Ireland presented Keith Finnan with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Keith guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to apply for an annual practising certificate a timely manner
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended for failure to apply for practicing certificate

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary censure and imposed a fine of  €1,500.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Keith practices with Keith Finnan & Company, Humbert Mall, Main Street, Castlebar in Mayo, Ireland.
