Solicitor Oisin Nolan of Dublin, Ireland; ethical elf

The Law Society of Ireland presented Oisin Nolan with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Oisin guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Oisin!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Oisin by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment and was assessed investigative costs of £1,512.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Oisin practices at Richmond, 15A Main Street, Blackrock in Dublin, Ireland.
