Attorney James Lisher of Shelbyville, IN; ethical dwarf 

The state of Indiana presented James Richard Lisher with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Jimmy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct. 

• Failed to supervise a secretary who stole significant amounts of money from clients and subsequently pleaded guilty to Level 5 felony theft
• Failed to maintain appropriate trust account records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Jimmy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.lisherlaw. com. Apparently, Jimmychose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Jimmy practices with the Lisher Law Office at 406 South Harrison Street in Shelbyville, Indiana.
