Attorney Bruce Elliott of Marion, IN; slacker, loser

The state of Indiana presented Bruce Neil Elliott with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Bruce guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bruce failed to take reasonable steps to expedite client litigation  consistent with the interests of his client in a divorce case.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Bruce practices with the Grant County Public Defender’s Office at 101 East 4th Street in Marion, Indiana.
