Attorney Sherrie Brady of Blue Springs, MO; ethical goblin

The state of Missouri presented Sherrie Lynn Brady with a law license in 1996 after she graduated from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Sherrie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Sherrie violated rule that prohibits an attorney from entering into a business transaction with a client or knowingly acquiring an ownership, possessory, security, or other pecuniary interest that is averse to a client except under certain circumstances.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary punished Sherrie by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month term of probation.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Sherrie practices with the Sherrie Brady Law Offices at 1200 NW South Outer Road in Blue Springs, Missouri.
