Attorney William Hutchinson III of Bentonville, AR; serial drunken convict

The state of Missouri presented William Asa Hutchinson III with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law.

FYI: Billy is the son of the Governor of Arkansas, William Asa Hutchins II.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Has been arrested multiple times on drug and DWI charges since 2016
• Arrested during the 2016 Hangout Music Festival in Gulf Shores, Alabama, by Baldwin County sheriff's officers and charged with possession of a controlled substance
• Arrested three times in Arkansas for driving under the influence (DUI)
• On one DUI escapade, Billy crashed into an Interstate Highway 49 exit ramp
• In December 2016 found guilty of driving under the influence (DUI), carless and prohibited driving and refusal to submit to chemical testing
• In May 2017, arrested on DUI charge in West Ford, Arkansas

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary punished Shayne by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Billy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.ahlawgroup.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
