Attorney Robert Kaufman of Bellevue, WA; ethical troll

The state of Washington presented Robert Charles Kaufman with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School. Bobby also received a law license to practice in New Jersey in 1978.

The Washington State Bar found Bobby guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to reconcile his trust account
• Failed to promptly deliver funds from his trust account to clients entitled to receive them
• Failed to maintain current and complete trust account records

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Bobby fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.rcklegal.com Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
