Attorney Cornell Kirby of Seattle, WA; slacker

The state of Washington presented Cornell Kirby with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Washington State Bar found Cornell guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly supervise nonlawyer assistants

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington State Supreme Court punished Cornell by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
