Attorney Elizabeth Farrell of Portland, OR; ethical dwarf

The State of Oregon presented Elizabeth Farrell with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from Williamette University of Law.

FYI: Williamette University School of Law is ranked as the 178^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Lizzy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed in duties to client upon termination of representation
• Failed to provide client file to successor client upon demand
• Misconduct involved vulnerable client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Lizzy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

And lastly, as one would suspect, Lizzy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.elizabethfarrel.lawyer.com. Apparently, Lizzy decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
