Attorney Paul Sherman II of Portland, OR; ethical dwarf

The State of Oregon presented Paul F. Sherman II with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Filed supplemental petition in domestic relations matter inaccurately representing that the parties had stipulated to the judgment
• When requested to vacate the inaccurate judgment by opposing counsel, Paulie refused
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Paulie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.paulsherman.com. Apparently, Paulie decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
