Attorney Joseph Alejandro of the Philippines; abusive scofflaw

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Joseph Anthony M. Alejandro with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of the Philippines School of Law.

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in high-handed and abusive conduct
  • Violated to uphold the constitution
  • Failed to obey the laws of the land (Up yours, said Joey!)
  • Failed to promote respect for the law and of legal processes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license and issued a stern warning that similar conduct in the future would be dealt with more severely.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Joey practices in Baliuag, Bulacan, Philippines.
