Attorney Bruce B. Jacobson of Milwaukee; cheater, ethical elf

1. Failed to reimburse health care providers after receipt of insurance settlement check
2. Unlawfully converted care provider funds to himself (aka, theft)
3. Harmed client’s credit rating by failing to pay health care providers
4. Refused to provide client with accounting of $4,000 paid in fees and then lied to the OLR that he had in fact provided the client with an accounting
5. Illegally used client funds to cover a rubber check he had written for personal expenses
6. Refused to return $3,500 in unearned fees to a client (cheater)
7. Failed to pay a client’s care provider $890 form settle proceeds and used to money to reimburse $3,500 to a client for unearned fees
8. The check for $890 Bruce wrote to care provider bounced
9. Failed to notify a worker’s compensation carrier of his receipt of $20,000 the carrier was entitled too
10. Did not explain the basis or rate of his fee when he began representing a couple regarding a dispute with a home builder and when the clients requested an accounting of the $2,000 they paid him, he never provided one to them
