Attorney Carlos A. Gamino of Waukesha, WI; perjurer, ethical troll

 
The state of Wisconsin presented Carlos A. Gamino with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Marquette University Law School.
 
In late 2005 the Wisconsin Supreme Court found Carlos guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Engaged in sexual relations with client during his representation of her son
  2. Carlos testified falsely (perjury) at a circuit court hearing regarding his sexual relationship with the client
  3. Carlos also made misrepresentations to disciplinary staff
  4. He also lied to the district investigative committee
As a consequence of his egregious misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Carlos with a complimentary reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. April 2012) Carlos practices law with Gamino Enterprises LLC at 1055 Whiterock Avenue in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
