Attorney John Whitworth of Bartlesville, OK; idiotic cheater

The state of Oklahoma provided John Matthew Whitworth with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Client paid $2,000 to complete a stepparent adoption and failed to do any work on the adoption (cheater)
  • Failed to return client phone calls
  • Failed to appear on behalf of a client in the Circuit Court of Sebastian County, Arkansas
  • Sebastian County Court cited Johnny for contempt for failing to appear at scheduled hearing on behalf of his client
  • Sebastian County Court subsequently issued bench warrant for contempt of court and for interfering with the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Missouri Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Johnny practices at 809 South Osage Avenue in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
