Attorney Jeffrey Martin of Tulsa, OK; ethical goblin

The state of Oklahoma provided Jeffrey Allen Martin (JAM) with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Jeff guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Was lax in supervising persons working under his control
  • Was negligent when another lawyer in his firm missed the passing of limitations period in a previous
  • Breached his responsibility to properly supervise underlings

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Jeff and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.jeffmartinlaw.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Jeff practices the Law Offices of Jeff Martin at 1800 South Baltimore Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
