Attorney Tracy Smith of Tulsa, OK; convicted druggie

The state of Oklahoma provided Tracy Elizabeth Smith with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Tracy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Arrested for attempting to obtain a controlled dangerous substance with a forged prescription and that she was an inpatient at a residential treatment facility, a felony
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Tracy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Tracy practices with Accident Care and Treatment Center, Inc. at 3209 NW Expressway in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
