Attorney Vincent McGraw of Lawrenceville, GA; pervert, liar  
The California Supreme Court made a monumental error in judgment when it presented Vincent McGraw with a law license in 1976.
From 1989 to 2002, Vincent McGraw sat as a Fresno County, California Superior Court Judge.
In 2002, the Judicial Commission found Judge McGraw guilty of the following misconduct:
Even though Vinny the Perv admitted to the Judicial Commission and the Fresno County Supervising Judge that he did in fact use a courthouse computer to surf for porn, he made the following false statements to the media about it during his 2002 reelection bid.
Vinny the Perv’s threat to sue the local television station if they reported that he was surfing for porn on the court‘s computer is laughable at best. It’s akin to the late Jeffrey Dahmer threatening to sue Gourmet Magazine for criticizing his rump roast recipe.
As a consequence of his egregious misconduct, the Commission punished Vinny by presenting him with a censure. In addition, Vinny agreed to resign from the bench.
Unbelievably, former California Chief Justice Ronald George appointed Vinny the Perv to the California Commission on Judicial Performance, which allegedly is responsible for disciplining Judicial Misfits. Clearly, Chief Justice George missed his calling as a standup comedian!
Given the fact that everyone in the Fresno, California area new that Vinny was a certified pervert, he chose to move to Georgia.
As we speak (ca. Dec 2011) Vinny the Perv works for an out fit called National Legal Systems and operates out of an office at 3869 Smokemist Terrace in Lawrenceville, Georgia, which is about 30 miles northeast of Atlanta.
