Attorney Thomas Dilustro of Knoxville, TN; lying loser

The state of Tennessee presented Richard Eric Johnson with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in sexual conduct with a client that exploited or adversely affected the interest of the client or the lawyer-client relationship
  • Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit or misrepresentation
  • Lied to a judge in Tennessee regarding a personal relationship with a client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Dick practices at 531 South Gay Street in Knoxville, Tennessee.
