Solicitor Lachlan McAuliffe of South Australia; ethical dwarf

The Law Society presented Lachlan Nathan McAuliffe with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Dalhousie University School of Law.

The Queensland Civil and Administrative found Lachlan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Unreasonable delay in obtaining Probate (equivalent) and finalizing deceased estate
• Unsatisfactory Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Lachlan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand and imposed a fine of $5,000.00.
