Attorney Brian Warrington of Alberta, CAN; moron, repeat offender

The Law Society of Alberta presented Brian P. Warrington with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Calgary School of Law.

The Alberta Law Society Disciplinary Counsel found Brian guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Exhibited a lack of professionalism in correspondence to a self-represented litigant
• Failed to be courteous and civil to another lawyer
• Sent repeated written communications to another lawyer that were offensive
• Failed to provide competent services (moron)
• Failed to be accurate in your correspondence to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Brian!)
• Withdrew his representation without reasonable notice to client
• Failed to be candid in your communications and that you misled or attempted to mislead the Court in communicating your reasons for withdrawal

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brian’s First bite at the Solicitor Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, a $4,000 fine and assessed costs of $3,500.00.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Brian practices with B. Mainwood PLC at 207 4^th Street NE in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
