Attorney Timothy Doyle of Indianapolis, IN; slacker, loser

The state of Indiana provided Timothy Alan Doyle with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to explain matter to extent necessary to allow client to make informed decisions
• Failed to promptly return client file after termination
• Neglected client’s case for a year and a half
• Obtained continuance of trial date without informing client of same

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
