Attorney Matthew Daley of Indianapolis, IN; idiotic loser

The state of Indiana provided Matthew V. Daley with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Matty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Represented a client when the representation involved a concurrent conflict of interest
• Failed to make reasonable efforts to ensure that the conduct of a nonlawyer employee over whom he had direct supervisory authority was compatible with Matty’s professional obligations as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Matty and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.nicelawfirm.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
