Attorney Howard Tolle of Missoula, MT; greedy loser

The state of Montana presented Howard Toole with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Howie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated ethics rules by telling client he would have to pay him $250 for a copy of his file 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.  

As we speak (ca. May 2020), Howie practices with the Howard Toole Law Offices at 211 North Higgins Avenue in Missoula, Montana.
