Attorney William Douglas of Libby, MT; ethical dwarf

The state of Montana presented William A. Douglas with a law license in 1963 after he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Recklessly made false statements about impartiality and integrity of judges and legal offices affiliated with a dissolution case
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Billy practices at 417 Mineral Avenue in Libby, Montana.
