Attorney Gregory Duncan of Helena, MT; lying loser 

The state of Montana presented Gregory W. Duncan with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

• Recklessly made false statements about impartiality and integrity of judges and legal offices affiliated with a dissolution case
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Marty practices with the Eveland Law Office at 1085 Helena Avenue in Helena, Montana.
