Judge Victorio Galapon Jr. of the Philippines; ethical dwarf

The Philippine Supreme Court provided Victorio L. Galapon, Jr. with a law license in 1964.

The Deputy Court Administrator found Judge Galapon Jr. guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Improperly notarized a pleading in a case which was not pending before him
  • Engaged in the illegal practice of law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Republic of the Philippines Supreme Court punished Judge Galapon Jr. by gifting him with a complimentary warning and a fine of Five Thousand Pesos (U.S. $80.00).

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Victorio continues to sit as a Municipal Trial Court judge in Dulag, Leyte, Philippines.
