• Failed to comply with annual Continuing Legal Education Requirements (CLE)

• Failed to promptly respond to client information requests
• Failed to refund any portion of unearned fee (thief)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to take necessary steps to protect client interests after being discharged

Apparently, Todd decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.
