Attorney Martin Lilly of Jonesboro, AR; slacker, loser

The state of Arkansas provided Martin Emmett Lilly with law license in 1990 after he graduated from the Little Rock School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to comply with client trust account rules
• Failed to deposit client funds in identifiable client trust account
• Failed to comply with court order regarding handling of $59,500 minor client settlement funds
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Marty practices with the Lilly Law Firm PA at 2400 East Highland Drive in Jonesboro, Arkansas.
