Attorney Rhett Wilburn of Tulsa, OK; felony druggie, child assaulter

The state of Oklahoma provided Rhett Henry Wilburn with a law license in 989 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The Oklahoma Bar Association found Rhett guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of felony possession of controlled substance, Oxycodone
  • Convicted of entering building with unlawful intent to commit assault and battery
  • Convicted of two counts of assault and battery upon the persons of an eleven-year-old girl and a five-year-old boy
  • Accepted Oxycodone as payment for legal fees
  • Occasionally took sexual favors from women for payment of legal fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits and Felons sitting on the Oklahoma Supreme Court punished Rhett by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Rhett practices at 4528 South Sheridan Road in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
