Attorney Robert Richards of Santa Fe, NM; moron, repeat offender

The state of New Mexico presented Robert Richards with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Benjamin Cardozo University School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

Bobby’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Made material misrepresentation [lied] of fact to New Mexico Court of Appeals
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Bobby’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Pursued frivolous [BS] claims
• Filed counterclaim in violation of court rules
• Failed to provide competence representation (moron)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Refused to acknowledge the wrongful nature of his conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Bobby fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.robertrichardsesq.com.    Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
