Attorney Kevin Hanratty of Artesia, NM; idiotic loser

The state of New Mexico presented Kevin J. Hanratty with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Wasn’t competent in the area of bankruptcy law
• Bankruptcy clients terminated Kevin due to his failure to communicate with them
• Failed to file a reorganization plan on behalf of his client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Kevin practices with the Hanratty Law Firm at 402 East Main Street in Artesia, New Mexico.
